The subject building is constructed of steel framed with corrugated metal exterior walls and low pitched metal roofing.  The foundation is poured, reinforced concrete footings, slab on grade.  Interior walls are painted gypsum board/partitioning walls in the office/break room areas and corrugated metal in the warehouse area.  Floors are asphalt tile in offices and unfinished concrete in warehouse.
