Furthermore, upon uploading anything to Owners Selling Network or any of the websites owned and or managed by OSN, LLC, in further consideration for use of Owners Selling Network the user immediately gives Owners Selling Network and OSN, LLC full rights to use this material for any purpose in perpetuity.

Right to Monitor

Jurisdiction

Should any provision of this Agreement be or become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect:
• The validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of this Agreement; or
• The validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision of this Agreement
